Data Deletion

Effective date: July 30, 2026

You can have the data Hey Otto holds about you deleted at any time. This page explains how, whether you messaged a business through Otto or you run a business that uses Otto.

If you messaged a business (SMS, Instagram, or Messenger)

Email youngboidfg@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

1. the phone number you texted from, or your Instagram/Facebook username; and
2. the name of the business you messaged, if you remember it.

We will delete your conversation history, contact details, appointment records, and any messaging platform data associated with you, then confirm by reply within 30 days. We may need to reply once to verify the request came from the account or number in question.

To simply stop receiving texts without deleting anything, reply STOP to any message.

If you own a business that uses Otto

Email youngboidfg@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will delete:

• your account and business configuration;
• all conversation and appointment records for your business;
• your stored Google Calendar tokens and Meta connection records; and
• we will release your Otto phone number.

Deletion is completed and confirmed within 30 days. Calendar events already on your own Google Calendar are yours and are not touched.

You can also revoke Otto's calendar access yourself at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

What we may retain

We may keep minimal records where the law requires it — for example, a record that a phone number opted out of messaging, so we never text it again.
